Great vibe here with delicious ramen! It was recommended by Reddit and lived up to the hype. Easy stop. Front desk ordering was helped by a very kind woman who lead me down the menu and made great suggestions. The spicy wasn’t very spicy and easily added flavor to my late lunch. It gets 4/5 stars on servicefor having to get soft drink refills back where I ordered. I may have been the only one, but every time I had to get up to get a drink refill, I had to warm the staff not to take my bowl. Spicy ramen makes people thirsty! With all the staff cooking and cleaning up the dining area, I kept hoping one of them might ask me if I’d like a refill. Otherwise, 5 stars all around! I hope to get back soon?

Ramen Tatsu-Ya: A Bowl of Heaven with a Side of Vibe If your soul is craving comfort in a bowl, Ramen Tatsu-Ya is where you need to be. From the moment you step into this moody, wood-accented ramen haven, it’s clear: you’re not just eating here—you’re experiencing it. The ambiance? Straight fire. Warm lighting, sleek wooden counters, and an open kitchen that hums with purpose. It feels like Tokyo met Texas and decided to build a vibe. Now the food—let’s talk broth. Deep, rich, and full of umami, it’s the kind that coats your heart. The chashu pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the marinated egg a silky dream, and the noodles? Perfectly chewy with just the right bite. Pair it with a bowl of salted edamame and you’ve got yourself a spiritual experience. Every bite tastes intentional. The menu even has fun “bombs” (like spicy, corn, and yuzu kosho) to level up your ramen game however you want it. And yes, I spotted cocktails, slushies, and sake on deck—so you already know I’m coming back for round two. Pro tip: show up hungry, and maybe wear stretchy pants. This isn’t just food—it’s flavor therapy. 10/10, highly recommend.

Broth delicious. Toppings delicious. Egg delicious. Noodles good. Ambience good. Service was fast. Is it really so hard? Stop sitting at home being all jelly and come get one of the best bowls of ramen in Austin.

I had the curry ramen at Ramen Tatsu-Ya and it was phenomenal! The broth was rich, flavorful, and had the perfect level of spice. Every ingredient felt thoughtfully chosen and the noodles were perfectly cooked—chewy and satisfying. The atmosphere was fun and energetic, and the service was quick and friendly. Easily one of the best ramen experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more! Highly recommend!

One of the best ramen I’ve had so far! The broth was rich and creamy, and the generously sized chashu had a sweet and savory seasoning with a nice smoky flavor. The portions were filling, the staff was friendly, and the interior was clean and pleasant. As expected from a popular ramen spot in Austin, it was quite crowded on the weekend.

Some of the best ramen I've had outside of Japan. They have a nice garden too. Sugar free soft drink selection is very lacking. Can get very busy but service was super fast for us.

The vibe is great at this restaurant inside and outside. I ordered outside at the bar and they deliver the food to you wherever you sit. the OG Ramen was incredible. The meat had some sort of sweet teriyaki notes to it and the egg was so good. Also, the broth, I could have another bowl... mmm. The vibes outside are so good also, the DJ who Izzy was so good he was playing mashup of throwbacks like shaggy and some others. I guess I don’t have any other words than so good lol

The dine in looks amazing ! The worker who took our order was helpful and nice (forgot his name) . The ramen were so delicious totally recommend!!! My boyfriend ordered the crawmen and I ordered the MI-SO-HOT but with pork . They were both delicious ! And also the gyozas fried!!! I also got the strawberry lemonade but I did not like it, it was more sour and can barely taste the strawberry but my boyfriend liked the regular lemonade
